TRES CARNES in NYC Now Delivers a New Catering Menu

Tres Carnes, the popular Texican quick service eatery, now offers catering options unlike any other restaurant in New York City. Catering selections include over-the-top delicacies like a whole suckling pig tucked in an actual blanket, supersized bowls of Brisket, Chicken and Pork served by the pound, taco bars complete with all the fixings in addition to burrito boxes made to order. It's like having a fiesta delivered right to you. Their menu is idea for special events, offices and gatherings in your home.

Tres Carnes has locations in Flatiron, Midtown East, Turtle Bay and an outpost at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City. And now, New Yorkers from all over town can experience one-of-a-kind Texican cuisine from the comfort of their own home or office. Tres Carnes Director of Operations Stathis Antonakopoulos conceptualized the new catering menu noting a void in the delivery landscape for standout dishes served in truly unique ways. To celebrate this launch, patrons will receive 50% off their first catering order for ten or more people this month by using the promotional code "January" when placing an order via email to catering@trescarnes.com. Those that sign up for a corporate account will be offered 10% off all future orders.

Tres Carnes' award winning Texan pitmaster Mike Rodriguez smokes his Brisket and Pork Shoulder for 16½ hours. But that doesn't mean you have to wait a day to indulge in his dishes. Burritos, tacos and bowls can be perfectly complemented by Executive Chef Sasha Shor's house made Mexican organic salsas, chili, street-cart "esquites" corn, freshly smashed guacamole or Tres Carnes' new selection of soups including Chicken Tortilla and Vegan Nacho Soup.

Every Wednesday Tres Carnes also features a new "Weekly Smoke" that showcases unique meats and seafood ranging from beef cheeks and shrimp to pork belly and locally-made chorizo sausage. For those looking to keep their New Year's weight-loss resolutions intact, healthy salad bar options include the El Fresco (roasted squash, chili-lime corn, pico, pickled onions, red cabbage, radishes, baby spinach and romaine lettuce) or the City Rancher topped off with a choice of Smoked Chicken or Pork.
