Paulaner NYC ushers in August with a new special perfect for a sizzling summer evening. The charming restaurant and lively brewery is offering a tangy, house-made traditional bratwurst, served with sauerkraut and spicy mustard, paired with Paulaner's refreshing seasonal Summer Bock Beer, brewed in-house by their Master Brewer, for $15.00. This current special is available Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm making this spot a great place to relax and unwind with friends after work.
Paulaner's Summer Bock beer is a bottom-fermented beer with a deep golden color. The combination of different malts gives it an initial light malty flavor that develops into a gentle caramel flavor. It has a slightly hoppy character due to using two varieties of German aroma hops, the famous Hallertauer and Tettnanger varieties.
Paulaner NYC is becoming noted for their fine Bavarian cuisine created by Executive Chef Daniel Kill. Large, communal wooden tables are perfect for sharing hearty dishes with good friends and family, while its in-house microbrewery, run by Master Brewer Andreas Heidenreich and extensive wine and cocktail offerings ensure that quality, seasonal beverages are always flowing.
Paulaner NYC is located at 265 Bowery just south of Houston Street in Manhattan. It is easily accessed by subway, F, 6, B, M, D trains 2 blocks away and N, R in Soho.
