Restaurateur, Abraham Merchant of Merchants Hospitality Inc. brings a new dynamic beer hall experience to New York City with the launch of Treadwell Park. Adjacent to the Treadwell Farm Historic District on the Upper East Side, Treadwell Park will offer 20 draught beers, a selection of craft beers and ciders which will rotate on a weekly basis with new offers each week, cask beer, and hand crafted artisanal cocktails made from independent spirits and distilleries. The drinks menu will be made entirely from independent brands and companies. It will be complemented with a curated menu of international bar classics including creative takes on burgers, chicken wings and bratwurst. The dynamic hospitality team will be led by Beverage Curator and Certified Cicerone®, Mikey Fishbone, and acclaimed New York City consulting chef Stephen Lyle.

An open and lively industrial rustic space, Treadwell Park's design is the inspired work of Peter Virostko & Corbin Plays, whose design resume includes The Bowery Hotel, Waverly Inn, The Jane Hotel, The Maritime Hotel, The Park, The Ludlow and Dirty French. Reclaimed wooden tables will line the hall complemented by metal accents and painted graffiti murals from Colombian artist Brian Boerner. A 25 ft. long bar will serve as the focal point of the space and feature an ultra-exclusive on-site flux capacitor to further escalate the superior beer experience.

The graffiti clad beer hall will boast 12 TVs throughout the space, a game room complete with Ping-Pong tables and pinball machines, complimentary self-serve popcorn and a cozy fireplace.

The space will also offer outdoor dining in their café on the 75-foot balcony opening for the spring on March 1st, 2016.

Set to be the go-to beer destination in New York City, Treadwell Park invites it's guests to join them on an ale adventure. The 20 craft draught beers and ciders, which will rotate weekly, will range from cask ales to keg conditioned lagers from the United States, Belgium, Germany, Scandinavia and beyond. A rareon-site flux capacitor ensures perfect beer every time controlling the exact gas blend of nitrogen and carbon dioxide for each beer recipe and serving it as it's scientifically engineered best. Treadwell Park is one of the few in the country that have the flux-capacitor.

Apart from the brews, a playful cocktail menu will be offered as well as a selection of "Beer Floats" featuring unique ice cream flavors such as sea salt and caramel, bacon and chocolate, and blue cheese, among others.

Guests will find a menu of bar classics with a twist for much more than a predictable "beer and burger" experience. Menu items will include grass-fed burgers topped with béarnaise and grilled Vidalia onions or avocado, arugula and a fresh mango jalapeno salsa, Schaller and Weber's signature bratwurst sausage served on an onion roll topped with German potato salad, In-house smoked beef brisket served on a roll with celery root slaw and chicken wings smothered in chipotle BBQ sauce.

The menu will also feature more exotic selection including savory Moroccan pastries filled with ground lamb and mint, and Korean-style Kimchi pancakes.
