During a Monday night concert, June 28, at House of Blues, Sparks surprised the audience with a teaser of her performance to come, singing 'Breathe' from In The Heights.

Now in its third year at Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre IN THE HEIGHTS stars Corbin Bleu, Andréa Burns, Janet Dacal, David Del Rio, Marcy Harriell, Christopher Jackson, Priscilla Lopez, Olga Merediz, Rick Négron, Courtney Reed and William B. Wonderland, the new musical adventure by Frank Wildhorn (The Civil War and Jekyll & Hyde), with lyrics by Jack Murphy and a book by Phoebe Hwang, is currently playing at Houston's Ally Theatre through February 14.
