Rehearsals are underway for the Broadway premiere of Prince of Broadway, a musical celebration that highlights the extraordinary six-decade career of director and producer Harold Prince. Prince of Broadway will start previews Thursday, August 3, 2017 for a Thursday, August 24, 2017 opening night at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street).

Artists Repertory Theatre extends the world premiere production of the Broadway-scale new musical CUBA LIBRE through November 15. The show is currently in previews for an official Opening Night tomorrow, October 10, at Portland's Winningstad Theatre, in Portland, Oregon. Go behind the scenes with Janet Dacal below!

On June 27, Broadway stars teamed up to bring audiences a special concert filled with music from classic movies in FOR THE RECORD: John Hughes.

LIVING FOR TODAY, with musical direction by Nate Patten, and direction by David Alpert, played a one-night-only engagement at the newly renovated Joe's Pub last night, October 17, 2011 at 7:00PM. The fourth annual LIVING FOR TODAY concert showcased Broadway stars in an exciting night of music. This year's concert, titled FIRST NAME BASIS, featured everyone's favorite showtunes, but only those with a first name in the title. Proceeds go to the Gilana Shira Alpert Fund. Youtube star Randy Rainbow made a special appearance in the video below, which features cameos by Stephen Spinella, Allison Case and Max Von Essen. Click below to check it out!

David Alpert, Maria Macioce and Justin Huebener have announced the fourth annual concert series of LIVING FOR TODAY, with musical direction by Nate Patten, and direction by David Alpert. LIVING FOR TODAY will play a one-night-only engagement at the newly renovated Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10003) on October 17, 2011 at 7:00PM. Broadway's WONDERLAND played its final performance this Sunday, May 15 at 3pm at the Marquis Theatre in front of a packed house including many Broadway notables. The show played 31 previews and 33 regular performances. WONDERLAND began previews Monday, March 21 and opened Sunday, April 17. The production will play a National tour. As we first reported earlier, at the curtain call the show's love story mixed with real life, as Darren Ritchie, who played Jack the White Knight proposed to his co-star, Janet Dacal, who played Alice. Darren proposed to Janet on stage right after the curtain call with the entire audience in the house. Janet screamed 'I said yes!' In the audience, there were tears of joy mixed with the sadness for the show closing. Now, the first videos are making their way onto YouTube!
