Lola Tung Leads to Standing-Room-Only Crowds at HADESTOWN

Throughout my career, I’ve tried to stay attuned to the ticket-buying experience. I walk through the process online at the major retailers. I’ll stop by rush lines or in-person lotteries to talk to folks. And, last week, I woke up early a few days to talk to people on/participate in the standing-room-only line for Hadestown.

Elton John Achieves EGOT Status With Emmy Win

Elton John is now an EGOT. He won a Tony Award in 2000 for Best Original Score for Aida with Tim Rice. He was awarded with his first Oscar in 1995 for 'Can You Feel the Love Tonight' from the Lion King. Other EGOT winners include Viola Davis, Whoopi Goldberg, Marvin Hamlisch, Helen Hayes, Alan Menken, Rita Moreno, Andrew Lloyd Webber, and more.
