Dreamcatcher Participates In Stages Festival


New Jersey Theatre Alliance and Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre will collaborate to present a number of events during the Alliance's Stages Festival, the state's largest annual theatre festival that provides free and discounted theatre events for all ages throughout the month of March. Most events are free and open to the public.

Luna Stage Hires New Leadership


Luna Stage Company launched a new era on July 1, when it welcomed Ari Laura Kreith as Artistic Director and Miriam Gardin as Managing Director. The new team has announced a MainStage season featuring four new plays set in locations ranging from Malawi to Manhattan. They are committed to developing work that inspires empathy, provokes dialogue, catalyzes action, and reflects local voices as well as national and international conversations.

Middlebury Actors Workshop Presents Staged Reading of AMERICAN RADICAL Starring Kate Redway


Middlebury Actors Workshop and Town Hall Theater present a staged reading of Kate Redway's new play,American Radical. American Radical is an intimate, astonishing and moving portrayal of Elizabeth Cady Stanton, the founder of the woman's rights movement at Seneca Falls in 1848.  American Radical uses Elizabeth Cady Stanton's own writings to reveal her humor, inner life and public battles.

Luna Stage to Stage East Coast Premiere of THE TALL GIRLS


Luna Stage presents the East Coast premiere of The Tall Girls by Meg Miroshnik.  The Tall Girls opens to previews on Thursday October 8th, 2015 and runs Thursdays through Sundays through November 1st. Opening night is Saturday October 10th, 2015.  Select performances are followed by Talkbacks with the Creative Team. MI CASA TU CASA Set for 2015 New Jersey Theatre Alliance's Stages Festival


Mi Casa Tu Casa, presented in association with Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre, returns for three performances in the 2015 New Jersey Theatre Alliance's Stages Festival this March. The shows will be offered in three venues: Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre, Oakes Center in Summit, NJ, on March 8; Hugh J. Boyd Elementary School in Seaside Heights, NJ on March 25; and at Giggles Children's Theater at Saint Joseph's Children's Hospital in Paterson, NJ on March 26.

Weinberger at Luna Stage in 1999 at the company's first space in Montclair.
