Bryan Carter presents Jazz at Pride at Dizzy's Club, June 19-20. Bryan, a recent Tony Award winner for the orchestrations of Some Like It Hot on Broadway will host a celebration along with Broadway powerhouse Tituss Burgess and Tony Award winner J. On Friday, November 18, 2022, composer and guitarist David Leisner releases his new album, Letter to the World, on Azica Records. Featuring four song cycles - Confiding, Das Wunderbare Wesen, Simple Songs, and Of Darkness and Light - Letter to the World includes four vocal compositions from different stages of Leisner's career: two from the 1980's, one from 2002, and one from 2011.

 The Joyce Theater Foundation  celebrates the music and dances from across the Black diaspora with LaTasha Barnes Presents: The Jazz Continuum. This intergenerational and intercommunal arts experience, marking Ms. Barnes's choreographic Joyce debut, will play The Joyce Theater from October 11-16.

Bryan Carter contributed orchestrations to the musical A Strange Loop, which recently earned 11 Tony Award nominations. He’s also worked with Broadway Stars like Tituss Burgess, Laura Osnes, Gavin Creel, Aaron Tveit & Ariana DeBose, and he’s currently co-orchestrating Marc Shaiman’s upcoming Broadway production of Some Like I.T Hot.
