Dorian Rambaud began his violin studies at the Academy of Music of Vence. After five years studying at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, he graduated with unanimous high honours in 2022. Dorian currently studies for an Artist Diploma at the Royal College of Music as a RCM Scholar, with Emily Sun. He has appeared in several chamber music festivals, including performances at the Philharmonie de Paris.
Dorian has also worked and learnt from numerous prestigious musicians such as Christophe Collette, Gunter Pichler, and Jean Mouillère. As a soloist, he has performed with the Orchestre of the Syrinx, alongside Gilles Apap, the Orchestre Symphonique Azuréen, and with the Orchestre National of Cannes.
Prize-winner of the International Violin Competition of Cambrai and the Grand Prix du Rotary Paris-Normandie, Dorian also was rewarded the prize for strongest artistic personality at the Lipizer International Violin Competition.
