The Vagabond Players kick off their 102nd season with the great American classic Tennessee Williams' THE GLASS MENAGERIE directed by Michael Byrne Zemarel, opening September 8 and running through October 1. BroadwayWorld has a sneak peek at the cast in character below!
"I have tricks in my pocket, I have things up my sleeve," the narrator, Tom, explains as he leads us through this haunting exploration of artistic survival and regret. Williams' most nakedly autobiographical play catapulted him to fame in 1944 and has been mesmerizing audiences ever since.
Show times are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm; Sundays at 2:00pm. Tickets can be purchased online at www.vagabondplayers.org or at the door ($10-$20); special rates for groups available online. Friday night performances feature special pricing - $15 for everyone. Plus, there is a $10 Thursdays on Broadway! performance on September 28 at 8:00pm. Located at 806 S. Broadway, the Vagabond Theatre is easily accessible to patrons.
