Steppenwolf continues its 41st season with the Chicago premiere of Lucas Hnath's THE CHRISTIANS directed by ensemble member K. Todd Freeman. BroadwayWorld reached out to Gospel Choir member Yando Lopez to capture photos throughout a typical day leading up and including a performance. Here's what Mr. Lopez had to report!
Yando Lopez (Choir) Steppenwolf debut! Most recently seeing in IN THE HEIGHTS (Porchlight). Other Chicago credits include LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS (American Blues Thetare), BARNEY THE ELF (The Other Theatre Company), THE SECRET GARDEN (Court Theatre), [title of show] (Brown Paper Box Co.), and SONDHEIM ON SONDHEIM (Porchlight).
THE CHRISTIANS runs through January 29, 2017 in the Downstairs Theatre, 1650 N. Halsted. Tickets ($20 - $89) are available through Audience Services at 312-335-1650 or steppenwolf.org.
