KT Sullivan and Mark Nadler brought their show "Almost Like Being In Love" to the Laurie Beechman Theatre last night and BroadwayWorld was there.

Sullivan and Nadler have traveled the high seas together performing numerous acclaimed and award-winning concept shows, which explore and illuminate the oeuvres of individual songwriters. According to The NY Times, "They deliver songs both famous and obscure in a delirious whoosh of lubricious exuberance."

The duo, who for years were a mainstay at the Algonquin Hotel's famous Oak Room, have created acclaimed shows celebrating such popular music icons as Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Betty Comden & Adolph Green, George Gershwin, Dorothy Fields, Stephen Sondheim, and Jule Styne. Their award-winning revues include their Valentine to George Gershwin, "American Rhapsody;" "Always: The Love Story of Irving Berlin," and "A Swell Party: RSVP Cole Porter..." Their current joint endeavor celebrates the lyrics of Alan Jay Lerner.
