Irish theatre company anseo|anois theatre will present KNACKERED in their US debut as part of the StageOnScreen programme. anseo|anois theatre is a new theatre company on a mission to tell stories for the here and now; 'anseo' meaning here and 'anois' meaning now in the Irish language.

Ars Nova has announced its third slate of 2021 programming including Untitled Mockumentary Project directed by nicHi douglas as part the new Ars Nova Vision Residency program. Presented in four episodes, Untitled Mockumentary Project follows four phenomenal Black Trans Womxn coming together to create a hit show.

La MaMa and Talking Band have announced the world premiere of Efflorescence, a seven-episode serial songspiel. A new audio segment will be released daily from March 29 – April 4, 2021. On April 6, 2021, La MaMa and Talking Band will premiere the full piece followed by a post-show conversation with the artists.

LaChanze and Avenue Q Choreographer, Ken Roberson will join Lillias White, Phylicia Rashad, George Faison and Emmy/Golden Globe Winner, S. Epatha Merkerson and others to celebrate Broadway’s Timothy Graphenreed (The Wiz) in a virtual Memorial on Sunday, February 28th at 5:30pm, EST.

This year's streaming event also includes a special opening number featuring Stephanie J. The 52nd Street Project is presenting an evening of two new one-act plays in a livestreamed performance by its Teen Ensemble. ME & U., THE TEEN ENSEMBLE ONE-ACTS. 6th Street Playhouse will present a Virtual Workshop Production - Crawfish: We, the Invisible, written and performed by Gamal Abdel Chasten, Feb 26-28, 2021. In Crawfish: We, the Invisible, Gamal plays Crawfish, a homeless man, speaking to us from Berkeley, CA on Sept 11, 2020, about his journey from home to homelessness.

The CAN Festival Comedy Night is one of the annual Festival’s hottest tickets. Live streamed from Soho Theatre this year, it promises a raucous night of comedy, conversation, film clips and best bits from comedians of Chinese heritage. Confirmed names so far are Ken Cheng, Evelyn Mok and Phil Wang.

New York Theatre Ballet will present Between the Acts: Antony Tudor on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 11am ET on Zoom. Taking a look at the life and works of Antony Tudor, this installment of Between the Acts will also feature curator of dance for the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, Jane Pritchard and more.

Gainesville Theatre Alliance has announced two digital offerings to close their 2020-21 season. Due to continued COVID-19 restrictions at both Brenau University and the University of North Georgia, both shows will be filmed and edited through a collaboration with UNG's Film Department and streamed to audiences for free.

Arts For Alz has curated a top-notch virtual performance showcase to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association - NYC Chapter. Their Third Annual Benefit Showcase, titled “Memories: The Moments That Make Us,” will stream live at 8pm EST on Friday, February 26th and February 27th. The same show program will be presented both nights.

LA Opera will co-present an online stream of Breaking the Waves, an opera by composer Missy Mazzoli and librettist Royce Vavrek that was previously scheduled to open on the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion stage this month. The opera will begin streaming on March 12, 2021, in collaboration with Opera Philadelphia.

On International Women's Day - Monday, March 8th, 2021, Queens Theatre will present Turning in Place, a film showcase celebrating the work of emerging female-identifying choreographers. The premiere will take place at 7 PM EST and be immediately followed by a talkback session with the choreographers.

New York Theatre Barn will continue to host free live streams of its New Works Series on select Wednesday evenings at 7PM ET. For the past year, the company has presented 37 virtual installments of its New Works Series (among other programming), showcased 78 new musicals, and lifted up the work of 131 writers and over 400 artists.

Irish Repertory Theatre announced today that their next Performance on Screen digital production is The Aran Islands by J.M. Synge and adapted and directed by Joe O’Byrne. Starring Brendan Conroy, the virtual production of The Aran Islands will premiere on Tuesday March 16, 2021 at 7pm ET and run through Sunday March 28, 2021.

San Diego Repertory Theatre and Hershey Felder Presents announced today the details of Hershey Felder, PUCCINI live from Florence, the story of a young musician who meets his musical hero. This world premiere presentation will be streamed live on Sunday, March 14 at 5 PM PDT, and will also be available as a recording until 11:59PM PDT on March 21.
