2025 AWARDS SEASON

BroadwayWorld has rounded up the winners of the Tony Awards, the Drama Desk Awards, the Drama League Awards and the Outer Critics Circle Awards for the last fifty years to compare winners year by year.

The 77th Annual Tony Awards were a smashing success with The Outsiders and Stereophonic taking home the top prizes of Best Play and Best Musical. Find out who else took home honors with the full list of winners below!

The Actors’ Equity Foundation will present its 2024 awards on Monday, June 24. Tony Award–winner Danny Burstein will host the event, with live musical accompaniment by Tina deVaron.

For those Broadway fans without cable, not to worry! This year’s 77th Annual Tony Awards will be available to stream live on Paramount+ only for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers this Sunday, June 16, 2024. The Tony Awards has announced that actor and singer Skylar Astin will host the American Express “Broadway Fanfare” simulcast event on Sunday, June 16, in Damrosch Park at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. The event will kick off at 6:30pm EST with a pre-show set beginning at 7:30pm; the simulcast will begin at 8pm.
