Tickets go on sale today, January 10, for the eighth annual edition of BROADWAY BACKWARDS, a one-night-only musical performance produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and benefiting Broadway Cares and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. This year's edition of BROADWAY BACKWARDS will be at 8 PM on Monday, March 18 at Broadway's Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway).

Tickets are on-sale for the kick-off event of the 2013 Broadway Bares season: Broadway Bares: Winter Burlesque, a collection of classic and new Broadway Bares numbers never-before-seen in New York City.

The 27th Annual Easter Bonnet Competition, benefitting BC/EFA, will take place April 22 at 4:30pm and April 23 at 2pm at the Minskoff Theatre.

This holiday season, join Katie Finneran, Steve Kazee, Audra McDonald, Laura Osnes, David Hyde Pierce and Chita Rivera in supporting more than 450 AIDS and family service organizations across the country through Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The holiday season totally snuck up on me this year. I'm writing this on December 11, just TWO WEEKS before Christmas (and already three nights into Hannukah), and I'm more than a little bit panicked!! Two weeks to do all of my shopping? The 24th edition of Gypsy of the Year will feature a tribute to celebrated lyricist Freb Ebb featuring Tony Award winners David Hyde Pierce and Debra Monk, it was announced today.

TNT Music has announced the fourth edition of 'Are You Working On Something New?', set for Sunday and Monday, December 2nd and 3rd at 7.00pm at Don't Tell Mama.

SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark will unveil a 2013-2014 calendar featuring the talented, athletic men who bring the world's most recognizable super hero to life on Broadway each night with breath-taking aerial stunts and acrobatics. The 14-month calendar will make its debut during a segment featuring Reeve Carney ("Peter Parker") and the performers on ABC's "Good Morning America" tomorrow, Thursday, November 15 at 8:30 am EST.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Thursday, November 25th, Broadway Sessions will feature performances by Anne Brummel, Danny McNie, Jennifer Paz and more.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS announced today that a portion of proceeds currently being raised by Broadway, Off-Broadway, and national touring companies during the six-week fall fundraising efforts will be donated to three relief agencies committed to immediately helping victims of Hurricane Sandy.

EVITA star Ricky Martin, whose antics during Broadway's 'Saturday Intermission Pics' ritual each weekend are followed religiously by fans, Tweeted something new this weekend: a picture of himself with no pants on. Along with the photo, he announced the missing pants would be auctioned off to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The picture, of course, has gone viral. Check it out below!
