Weber State University's School of Performing Arts is comprised of Dance, Music and Theatre. It is large enough to provide the atmosphere and motivation you need to excel, and yet personal enough to enable you to stand out as an individual.
Student dancers, musicians, actors, designers, technicians and teachers learn and train in a creative and supportive environment in Northern Utah's premiere venue, the Val A. Browning Center for the Performing Arts.
The Dance, Music, and Theatre programs encourage collaboration. In addition, each area works with other disciplines across the campus, in the Northern Utah community and around the world.
The School of Performing Arts provides students with training and experience in dance, music, theatre, and the intersections among them, all within the context of a well-rounded education. Grounded in our community, we foster the individual career paths of innovative, entrepreneurially-minded artists and facilitate transformative experiences and conversations about the performing arts.
