Pear Theatre meets 2021 — a year for change — with Fairfield, Eric Coble's hilarious and somewhat uneasy contemporary comedy. Just in time for Black History Month, Fairfield will be co-directed by Aldo Billingslea and Pear Theatre Artistic Director Sinjin Jones.
Sinjin Jones Appointed New Artistic Director of Pear Theatre

Pear Theatre Board of Directors is has announced the appointment of their newest Artistic Director, Sinjin Jones. Jones, a recent transplant to the Bay Area, has been an artist and teacher of the arts for over a decade and was an Honorable Mention for the 2019 Tony Awards Excellence in Theatre Education Award. He will officially step into the role beginning January 1, 2020, as Artistic Director Betsy Kruse Craig steps down.

$80,000 In Grants to Support Denver Music Initiatives

A combined $80,000 in grants is being made available as part of a long-term plan to build and maintain Denver's music scene, Denver Arts & Venues announced. The funds, called the Denver Music Advancement Fund, are being released as part of a new City-sponsored Denver Music Strategy.
