The Music, Theater, and Dance Department offers programs of study in the performing arts. Undergraduates may pursue academic majors and minors in a variety of music, theatre and dance fields. In addition, many students who are pursuing academic majors in other areas participate in the Department's activities and performances.
The mission of the department includes enhancing the creative context of the performing arts, generating new and exciting programming, creating an interdisciplinary curriculum with team teaching, and encouraging collaborative efforts by faculty and students.
