There are several degree offerings available through Mercyhurst’s D’Angelo Department of Music. The Bachelor of Arts in Music provides students with the opportunity to pursue a full major in music together with an expanded emphasis on the liberal arts. The Bachelor of Music in Composition equips students with the essential technical toolbox and broad aesthetic perspective needed to assume a place in the community of professional composers. The Bachelor of Music in Performance emphasizes musical proficiency at a pre-professional level through individual instruction, mentoring, and career guidance. Music Education and Music Therapy programs are also available.

The Museum at Bethel Woods Announces Preservation Fellowship

To advance the public interpretation of the historic landscape, The Museum at Bethel Woods has selected its first-ever Landscape Preservation Fellow. Eleanor Hein joined the Museum staff on February 1st, 2021 to begin the work of the inaugural Fellowship.
