Mrs. Kasha Davis checks in with BroadwayWorld to chat about the message of her new song 'Breakdown', her hopes for the future of Imagination Station, and her rich relationship with theatre.

September is approaching, which also means that the start of the Fall semester is upon us.I spoke with a few of my friends who are studying theatre or simply love Broadway, and was curious to see how they have stayed connected to their passions during an impossible situation. 

The Broadway community is mourning the loss of a man whose name may have never appeared on a credits page, but whose presence had a pronounced impact on a host of the industry's brightest names. Agent Bill Timms died this past weekend at age of 62.

All alumni of RuPaul's Drag Race - Mrs. Kasha Davis, Pandora Boxx, and Darienne Lake will take the Blackfriars stage Friday, August 3rd and Saturday, August 4th. These Rochester, NY natives will share stories & songs from their earliest days, just starting out, to riding the wave of International Fame with the RuPaul's Drag Race Platform. Both evenings will feature a cash bar, provided by The Penthouse at One East Avenue.

 American Lyric Theater concludes the 10th Anniversary of its nationally acclaimed Composer Librettist Development Program this season with InsightALT: Opera in Eden, a one-night-only concert featuring three new one-act operas written by ALT Resident Artists, hosted by composer/librettist Mark Adamo and producing artistic director Lawrence Edelson.
