The Educational Theatre, particularly that of the Historically Black Institution, has provided training and experiences beyond what might be considered the normal scope for students from many diverse backgrounds. Grambling State University has been at the very pinnacle of educational theatre since its evolution. As we approach our reaffirmation of accreditation by the National Association of Schools of Theatre (NAST), and as we embark upon a new page in the annuals of our history at Grambling State University, we invite your continued support in helping the Department of Speech and Theatre touch in a very meaningful way the lives of all mankind. We, especially, want to continue to mold the talents of those young minds who endeavor to bring the printed page to life through their craft.
