Music majors at Centenary College study in an all-undergraduate environment. This focus on undergraduates gives students many opportunities to perform as soloists, lead groups as a conductor, participate in ensembles, or act in stage roles. When students graduate from Centenary, their music résumés are full of quality experiences that prepare them for careers or graduate school. With two choirs, orchestra, opera and music theatre productions, and various chamber experiences, students have a broad range of ensemble opportunities to explore. We offer music degrees for vocalists, instrumentalists and keyboard players with optional concentrations in: Performance Choral Music Sacred Music Composition Centenary's music faculty members have mentored students who have gone on to professional careers as composers, opera singers, music theatre stars, public school music teachers, choral conductors, college professors, public radio personalities, and church musicians.
