Minor in Music

Minor in Worship Arts

The Department of Music provides professional preparation for students seeking careers in music or music-related vocations and offers instruction for students seeking life-long learning experiences in music. One common question people ask is, "What can you do with a Music Major?" We love to answer, "Look at our graduates!" Many are teaching music in public and private schools while others are serving churches as worship leaders or choir directors. Many are employed in the music industry; those with strong performance abilities are singing and playing all over the world. Others have exciting careers outside the music field while using their music to enrich their lives and others.
