As a theatre student at Bradley, you will participate in every aspect of theatre making beginning with your first semester-- through classes, production assignment on our fall musical, and a meaningful role on or offstage in a new student event like New Faces, Fall Forward or the Freshman Production. If you aspire to a professional career in theatre performance or production, our small, intensive program offers you a personal trajectory of academic rigor, skill-building and real practice at advanced levels of your area of concentration, and the preparation you need to be successful after college. Our distinguished alumni include Eric Peterson, Broadway’s Shrek and TV’s Kirstie; Neil Flynn of Scrubs and The Middle; and Oscar-winning makeup artist, Tami Lane, of The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Recent BU Theatre grads have gone on to attend graduate theatre programs at Penn State University, Florida State University, Long Island University, Illinois State University and elsewhere. Others are successfully pursuing performance and production careers in the entertainment centers of Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York. Still others are educators, filmmakers, engineers, executives, authors, and attorneys.

Kane Repertory Theatre Presents ROMEO AND JULIET

BroadwayWorld recently had the opportunity to sit down with STAGES St. Louis associate producer Andrew Kuhlman. Andrew is a Best Musical Tony nominee as associate producer for The Prom. He is an educator who has taught both at the high school and collegiate levels. He is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria Illinois and majored in Theater Performance. Andrew made the decision to return to St. Louis following graduation to pursue his career in the arts and spend time with his aging grandmother, putting family before his career. It is to the benefit of the vibrant St. Louis theater scene that Andrew lends his talents to help stage the Broadway caliber productions at STAGES St. Louis.

Bay Street Theater is pleased to announce THE PROMPTER, the first production of the 2019 Mainstage Season, had a successful opening night on June 1. The show runs through June 16.
