Kalahari Swaan at Artscape Arena

Inspired by Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake, follow Kalahari Swan Prince's struggle for freedom and thematic spine of the story of a young miner's dream for a better life for him, his grandmother and disabled sister. At night he entered the cosmic world in which he shares his dreams with the moon. The moon of both light and darkness is a mythical KhoiSan inspired storyteller and led him on a path to freedom, but at a price. The area is calm and outside the constraints of time with secrets of a group of people long forgotten. With poetry and dance visit Kalahari Swan this secret as themes that still haunt our society.
