Ed Furman started his comedy career with The Department of Works troupe in the late 80's along with Matt Walsh, Andy Dick and others. He went on to be a co-founder of Chicago's Annoyance Theater and co-authored their long-running hit "Co-ed Prison Sluts". There he directed "Brainwarp: the Baby-Eater" and the legendary "Donkey Improv". He performed in numerous scripted and improvised shows at the Annoyance.
