Robert Fox is a British theatre, film, and television producer known for his successful productions in the West End and on Broadway. Born in 1952, Fox grew up in a family of theatre producers and was exposed to the industry from a young age. He attended the University of Sussex and graduated with a degree in English Literature. Fox began his career in theatre production in the 1980s, working as an assistant to his uncle, theatre producer Sir Cameron Mackintosh. Rush acted for many years with the QTC, starring in The Marriage of Figaro and many Shakespeare plays. Rush made his Broadway debut in 2009's Exit the King, for which he won the Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Play.
