Richard is currently the founding General Manager and Artistic Director of the Vass Theatre Group which owns and operates the Alex Theatre St. Kilda. In October 2014, Aleksandar Vass invited him to redevelop the three former George Cinemas and turn them into three mid-size, commercial theatres capable of staging a variety of live performance and cinema.
