Originally from Nashville, TN, David moved to Seattle after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, David performed with John Legend (Stephens) in The Counterparts, ultimately succeeding Legend as Musical Director of this award-winning A Capella group. In Seattle, David has performed with The Northwest Chamber Chorus, The Seattle Men's Chorus (SMC), and the SMC small ensemble Captain Smarypants.
