Trip of Love, New York's high-voltage 1960's pop music spectacular, will end its engagement atStage 42 (422 W. 42nd Street) on Sunday, August 7th. At the time of closing, Trip of Love will have played 24 previews and 335 performances and is the longest running show at Stage 42.

Last Sunday, BROADWAY BARES: ON DEMAND raised $1.48 million for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Musical theater dancer and actor Ian Campayno personally raised over $3,000 as a member of the cast for this years show. TRIP OF LOVE Becomes Longest Running Show to Play Stage 42

Trip of Love, the 1960's pop music spectacular,breaks the Stage 42 house record, becoming the theater's longest running tenant. At the matinee on Wednesday, June 22, Trip of Love will have played 305 performances (including 24 preview performances). This breaks standing house record held by the 2003 musical Fame on 42nd Street, which ran for a total of 304 performances (including 40 previews) at the same venue when it was previously called The Little Shubert Theater.

A graduate of Oklahoma City University, he's appeared on Broadway in WICKED, toured with Radio City, and danced on television in SMASH and BOARDWALK EMPIRE.
