Curio Theatre Company closes its 13th Season with the North American premiere of Peeoplykus' adaptation of Gustave Flaubert's classic novel Madam Bovary. In 2013, Curio Theatre Company had a hit in its hilarious production of Hound of Baskerville adapted by Peepolykus (pronounced people-like-us), UK's most exciting touring theatre company. The Massive Tragedy of Madame Bovary runs April 26-May 20. Opening Night is Friday April 28. Emma Fielding will play the title role of Emma Bovary in The Massive Tragedy of Madame Bovary! this spring. The production which will open at the Everyman from 5 to 27 February will then play at co-producing partners Bristol Old Vic, Nuffield, Southampton and Royal & Derngate, Northampton. Joining Fielding will be John Nicholson and Javier Marzan of Peepolykus and Jonathan Holmes who have the unenviable challenge of playing all the remaining roles in Flaubert's epic tale.
