The Land of Cheesecake and Ice Cream is an exploration of the human condition under extreme pressure set against the back-drop of the War on Terror and a US Marine Corps ammunitions truck, crossing an unnamed desert in the Middle East.
"Hunter 11", a 10-ton ammunitions truck, departs for a Forward Operating Base in a war-torn country in the middle-east. The trip will be 3 days and 1,000 miles across high-desert, with very few friendly settlements en route. The young soldiers of "Hunter 11" will find themselves under constant threat of attack and pushed to the limits of exhaustion, fear, and sanity. In keeping with the past 15 years, there will be casualties.
