The Imbible: A Spirited History of Drinking 2021

On August 8th, 2014, THE IMBIBLE: A SPIRITED HISTORY OF DRINKING opened at the New York International Fringe Festival for what was supposed to be a five-performance run. Following sold-out FringeNYC and Fringe Encore engagements, a front-page feature in the Arts section of The New York Times, and three hit sequels, the show moved to an open run at New World Stages.

The Imbible: Christmas Carol Cocktails opens tonight, November 17th, for a holiday run through December 30th, 2017.

Anthony Caporale's smash hit musical comedy THE IMBIBLE: A SPIRITED HISTORY OF DRINKING will celebrate a milestone 500th performance on Thursday, August 3, 2017, and three years of performances on August 8th.

This week the Broadwaysted Crew is pouring out 'Another Round' with the cast and creators of THE IMBIBLE playing now at New World Stages! We're drinking at Jasper's in Midtown and chatting about their unique show that is best described as a 'musical comedy TED Talks' experience--with lots of booze (right up our alley!) We all chat about the difference between bartenders and mixologists, tell our best bar jokes, and discuss THE IMBIBLE's journey from seminars to stage.

As rave reviews continue to pour in for THE IMBIBLE: A SPIRITED HISTORY OF DRINKING, producers for the show have announced THE IMBIBLE: DAY DRINKING, a new brunch edition of the smash hit musical comedy that serves up a continental breakfast while pouring over the history and social importance of brunch and its most beloved drinks - Bellini's, Bloody Mary's & Irish Coffee - all of which are included in the show, along with a customize-your-own Bloody Mary Bar!

Broadway Bartender is a brand new weekly video webcast hosted by Anthony Caporale, the creator and star of The Imbible: A Spirited History of Drinking, currently in an open-ended run at New World Stages. The series will launch tonight, March 30, at 10PM EST, featuring guests from Broadway's SCHOOL OF ROCK. 

Broadway Bartender is a brand new weekly video webcast hosted by Anthony Caporale, the creator and star of The Imbible: A Spirited History of Drinking, currently in an open-ended run at New World Stages.
