Broadway's newest love story, Maybe Happy Ending, will release its original Broadway cast recording this spring. The show has released an all new song, 'The Rainy Day We Met', performed by Darren Criss and Helen J Shen. 

International City Theatre (ICT) is opening its 40th Anniversary Season on February 21 with the Los Angeles premiere of the musical comedy Desperate Measures (inspired by Shakespeare's Measure for Measure). The rest of the season features all premieres, something ICT is not usually known to do. Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International has announced that Between The Lines JR. is now available for licensing. The Broadway Junior adaptation of the Off-Broadway musical based on the novel by international bestselling author Jodi Picoult & Samantha van Leer, features a book by co-written by Jodi Picoult and Timothy Allen McDonald and music & lyrics by Elyssa Samsel & Kate Anderson

The 2025 Hollywood Bowl schedule spans June through September, featuring a diverse lineup of performances including classical music, pop, rock, jazz, and Broadway hits. The Hollywood Bowl 2025 season marks the LA Phil's 103rd season at the venue. As BroadwayWorld previously announced, a highlight of the season will be Cynthia Erivo as Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar. New editions including Hugh Jackman, Dianna Ross and more special events.
