Tracy-Ann Oberman Will Join THE MERCHANT OF VENICE 1936 in the West End

Tracy-Ann Oberman is joined by acclaimed actor Joseph Millson in the critically acclaimed production of The Merchant of Venice 1936, for its strictly limited West End season at the Trafalgar Theatre (28 December – 25 January) and subsequent UK tour in 2025.

Following a season at the Criterion Theatre and a sold-out UK tour, Tracy-Ann Oberman (EastEnders, Doctor Who, Friday Night Dinner), will return to the West End to reprise her starring role from as the first British actress to play Shylock in the critically acclaimed production of The Merchant of Venice 1936 from December this year.

No matter what the forecast, West Windsor Arts is promising that the “sun will be shining inside the arts center” this Saturday, January 20, from 2 to 3:30 pm. That’s when the Tehani Mid-East and Polynesian Dance Company performs traditional cultural dances form Hawaii, Polynesia and Middle Eastern countries, including belly dancing and hula.

Following its critically acclaimed UK tour, The Merchant of Venice 1936 transfers to London’s West End for a limited season at the Criterion Theatre, from 15 February – 23 March.

The Inconvenience Changes Venues for Mid-West Premiere of LOVE TAPES; Opens 5/30

The Inconvenience would like to announce a change of venue for their Mid-West premiere production of Love Tapes by Penn Jillette and Steven Banks. Slated to open May 30th, 2014, and directed by Shade Murray, Love Tapes will co-star Inconvenience company members Chris Chmelik and Mary Williamson. Love Tapes will be now be presented at Angel Island, home of Mary-Arrchie Theatre Company.
