The San Francisco Symphony has announced programming for its summer season, running July 4–August 4 with concerts at Davies Symphony Hall and outdoor performances at Stanford Live’s Frost Amphitheater, Shoreline Amphitheatre, and Sigmund Stern Grove.

Award-winning playwright/performer Roxanne Fay, whose "Home Fires Burning" was cited at one of the highlights of the Capital Region theater season in 2015, returns to Catskill's Bridge Street Theatre for eight performances only in a brand new work called "Dream Child: The Trial of Alice in Wonderland". This New York premiere, the second production the play has ever received, opens on June 9 and plays Thursdays through Sundays through June 19 in the BST Speakeasy, 44 West Bridge Street in Catskill.

Commissioned by the Finborough Theatre, Horniman's Choice brings together four plays by the leading figures of the 'Manchester School' of playwrights - Harold Brighouse, Stanley Houghton and Allan Monkhouse, all originally championed by Annie Horniman, owner of Gaiety Theatre, Manchester, the first regional repertory theatre in Britain. Horniman's Choice runs at the Finborough Theatre, playing Sunday and Monday evenings and Tuesday matinees from Sunday, 27 September 2015 (Press Night: Monday, 28 September 2015 at 7.30pm).

John Logan had a big year at the box office, having written the screenplay for the critically acclaimed latest 007 installment- Skyfall, but he just revealed in a recent interview that he won't be leaving theatre anytime soon. He told the Telegraph: "I've always loved the movies, but when I wake up in the morning I'm still a playwright. Hollywood is not my world. My world is the theatre."

Peek behind the scenes of Peter and Alice - John Logan's new play which continues the Michael Grandage Company Season at the Noel Coward Theatre. Joining Judi Dench and Ben Whishaw are Olly Alexander, Ruby Bentall,Stefano Braschi, Nicholas Farrell and Derek Riddell. The production follows the critically acclaimed Privates on Parade, and opens on 25 March, with previews from 9 March, and runs until 1 June 2013.
