The Original Theatre Company in association with Martyn Hayes presents  INTO THE NIGHT by Frazer Flintham based on the book Penlee: The Loss of a Lifeboat by Michael Sagar-Fenton.

Television actor and West End performer Ben Richards will lead the cast as Gaston. He is best known for his roles in Hollyoaks, Footballers Wives, Holby City and The Bill.  He will be joined on stage by Lauren McCrory as Belle; Kelly Sweeney as Fairy Rose; Lewis Devine as French Frank; Jamie Greer as Potty Polly; James Lacey as Madame Botox; and Benjamin Keith as the Beast. 

The Da Vinci Code, Dan Brown’s blockbuster novel that captivated the world, is to become an epic stage thriller. It will make its World Premiere on a UK Tour in 2022, opening at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley on Monday 10 January 2022, and touring throughout the year.

LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & McCOY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT opened the first show of their 2021-2022 season, the West Coast premiere of the madcap murder mystery, CLUE.

Based on the well-known board game distributed in North America by Parker Brothers (which was later folded into toy and game manufacturer Hasbro) that itself inspired a cult 1985 Paramount Pictures film of the same name written and directed by Jonathan Lynn, CLUE--the stage play--features the same infamous names and, yes, weapons and rooms synonymous with the classic whodunnit game. Writer Sandy Rustin, along with additional writers Hunter Foster and Eric Price, have revived the same colorful characters and personalities of the film and have transposed them into a madcap, 90-minute puzzle that's mostly silly and engagingly fun. The comedy's West Coast Premiere production continues at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts through October 17, 2021.

La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts and McCoy Rigby Entertainment will west coast premiere playwright Sandy Rustin’s adaptation of Jonathan Lynn’s screenplay CLUE September 24, 2021. Prolific director Casey Hushion steers a cast of Jeff Skowron, Heather Ayers, Ted Barton, Mary Birdsong, Sarah Hollis, John Shartzer, Cassie Simone, Harrison White, Rachel McLaughlan, Michael Cavinder, and James Tolbert. Penn Live Arts opens its 2021-22 season with Alarm Will Sound's outdoor performance of John Luther Adams' Ten Thousand Birds, a Philadelphia premiere, at the Morris Arboretum on September 25.

Luke Jerram's iconic and monumental 3D globe Gaia is at Moors Valley from 17 to 19 September, installed in the pine forests where it can be viewed from the Tree Top Walk. Seven metres in diameter, the internally-lit sculpture features detailed NASA imagery of the Earth's surface and provides an Overview Effect - the opportunity to see the planet on this scale, floating in three dimensions.
