Playwright Sam Hackman - charged with writing a new 10-minute play due promptly at 8 o'clock the next morning - finds himself at 2am having written absolutely nothing. In desperation, he drains an entire handle of Canadian whiskey.
It's not the preferred summoning method, but the Green Fairy comes anyway - in the form of Nickelback frontman, Chad Kroeger.
Unfolding lyrically through the band's most powerful hits, Nakedback is the unflinching portrayal of two great artists authentically struggling to reconcile their contrasting visions, amidst a world fighting for relevant truth.
It's a Burlesque show that challenges the viewer: "Is this how we remind ourselves of who we really are?"
