Seattle Center is set to host the Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra for a free big band outdoor concert on Thursday, August 6, 2009, 7:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Mural Amphitheatre.

 Spend a warm summer night with the Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra, the Northwest's premier big band jazz ensemble. The 17-piece group is made up of the most prominent jazz soloists and band leaders in the greater Seattle area. This outdoor performance features Seattle's own award-winning jazz pianist Victor Noriega, co-directed by Clarence Acox and Michael Brockman, in Northwest takes on big band greats.
