Tell us a bit about Attached
Attached was created in 2013 and premiered in 2014. Since then we have it to 15 different countries all over the world and because it's not language dependant
In Attached we explore our relationship and how Massi (Massimiliano Rosetti, co-performer) and I relate to each other. How connected we are and how dependent on each other we are - often literally, we use Velcro costumes that stick to each other.
We created a new circus discipline for Attached that we called the "banana shape". It uses a huge aluminium half pipe where we do lots of acrobatics use as a for catapult.
It's also important for us to involve the audience, we like to brake the fourth wall and bring a bit ofoutdoor feeling to an indoor piece.
I want to bring it to Edinburgh as it will be my first time at the Fringe. I heard so much about this festival from Massi's company Lost in Translation Circus and when they offered to support the show I jumped at the chance.
It will also be a really good opportunity to bring a new energy to the show, to introduce it to new audiences and promoters.
What do you feel sets it apart from other shows at the Fringe? Why should people come to see it?It's new circus, funny, comedy, slapstick with lots of highly skilled circus discipline and tricks alongside a lot of laughs.
It's an indoor show with an outdoor show mentality where we invite the audience into our playground so we can all become Attached!
Who would you recommend comes to see you? This show is ideal for families, people of all ages.
Are there any other shows you're hoping to catch at the festival? To be honest I haven't had time yet to see the programme but I'm sure I will make time to see lots of shows and connect with friends from all over the world doing shows.
Timings and ticket information for Attached can be found on the edfringe website.
