Tell us a bit about Did You Get Here Alright?
The show is about how people at times say things to others, & they don't really know what they're saying. We've all been guilty of it , but last year I got some strange comments directed to myself and I wanted to explore why people would deliberately say things to hurt other people.
Why bring it to Edinburgh?
Why not? I've no reason not to go. I like writing and performing and to be able to do that in a city where the visitors get ripped off with 500% increase in rents and overcharged for most things it's what I've always wanted to do!!
What sets it apart from other shows at the Fringe?
I think it's funny & The show will start on time and finish on time.
Who would you recommend comes to see you?
Generally people, I've had a few dogs in the past, but tbh not sure they're my kinda crowd. Anyone that wants to see a comedy show. If you want to see art go to a museum.
Are there any other shows you're hoping to catch at the festival?
I never plan anything. But I'm hoping to watch a lot of Netflix while am there as you get great shows and you don't have to leave your flat. I will at some point go see some shows but tbh it's a bubble up there and I don't really hunt stuff out.
