Stageworks presents the adventurous narrative, Puss in Boots and other Cat Tails by Stephanie Routman at Mesa Arts Center October 30th through November 8th. Audiences are taken on a wild adventure around the world with stories of the most famous cats in history. Journey to Paris, France with Puss in Boots and learn of her amazing tale that brings fortune to her pauper master and her new life as a palace cat. Other tales include Wild Cat from West Africa who builds a house with a Hyena, a Chinese feline named Mao who saves his master from the evil Shao Ling, and Gatito, a Mexican cat who gets into a heap of trouble with the help of his farms friends. Come celebrate these remarkable stories from all over the world and embrace the cultures within them.

Mesa Arts Center’s family theater company, Stageworks, brings yet another year of truly phenomenal theatrical talent to the Valley. In its 30th year of production, Stageworks continues to entertain audiences of all ages and deliver meaningful messages of following dreams, the importance friendship, and the strength of individuality. This season’s Popular Productions of Puss and Boots and Other Cat Tails, Captain Louis, and Cows Don’t Fly and Other Known Facts, are excellent opportunities for families to get out, have fun, and bond over these remarkable stories of hope and determination.
