The Crossing, a three-time GRAMMY Award-winning professional chamber choir under the direction of Donald Nally, presents a double bill featuring the world premiere of Sebastian Currier's Mysterium and the North American premiere of Linda Catlin Smith's Folio. These works explore profound themes through music, with Mysterium examining life's fleeting nature through juxtaposed texts, while Folio draws on the writings of Emily Dickinson. The performance also includes selections from Robert Convery’s Voyages, adding depth and context to this innovative concert. With a reputation for pushing musical boundaries, The Crossing continues to address social and environmental issues through its art.
