Patti LuPone has won numerous awards throughout her career, including Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role in a Musical at the Tony Awards for Company. She received the Outstanding Actress in a Musical award at the Drama Desk Awards for Gypsy, as well as the Distinguished Performance Award at the Drama League Awards for the same show. Additionally, she won the Outstanding Actress in a Musical at the Outer Critics Circle Awards for Gypsy and also received the Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical at the Tony Awards for Gypsy. Furthermore, LuPone was honored with the Distinguished Achievement in Musical Theatre award from the Drama League Awards. She received the Outstanding Featured Actress in a Play at the Drama Desk Awards for The Old Neighborhood and won the Best Solo Performance at the Outer Critics Circle Awards for Patti LuPone on Broadway. She was awarded the Outstanding Actress in a Musical at the Drama Desk Awards for Anything Goes and received the Outstanding Performance of the Year by an Actress in a Musical at the Olivier Awards for The Cradle Will Rock. Lastly, she earned the Outstanding Actress in a Musical at the Drama Desk Awards for Evita and the Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical at the Tony Awards for Evita.
