On Tuesday, September 14, 2010, The Broadway League and the Coalition of Broadway Unions and Guilds (COBUG) will present the second-annual Broadway Salutes, a unique public celebration honoring the myriad of professionals who have made Broadway great for decades - with special recognition for those individuals who have worked 25, 35 and 50 years in their respective theatrical craft.

Hosted and musical directed by Seth Rudetsky, the starry line-up of performers includes: Nellie McKay (The Threepenny Opera), Daphne Rubin-Vega (Rent), Anthony Rapp (Rent), Rebecca Luker (Mary Poppins), J. Robert Spencer (Next to Normal), Kate Baldwin (Finian's Rainbow), Carrie Manolakos (Mamma Mia), De'Adre Aziza (Passing Strange), Erich Bergen (Jersey Boys), Dana Steingold (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Liana Stampur and Clinton Curtis and performers from the cast of Hair and Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson.

JERSEY BOYS Las Vegas, the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, celebrated its second anniversary at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino on Saturday, April 24. The show celebrated the anniversary with a Platinum Record Commemoration along with two of the Seasons themselves, Frankie Valli and Bob Gaudio, who reunited for the first time in Las Vegas since the production premiered on The Strip.

With the much anticipated move by the Lyric Opera of Kansas City to the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in the fall of 2011, the 53rd Lyric Opera season will be the final one produced by the Company in the Lyric Theatre on 11th and Central streets in Kansas City, Missouri. With attendance and artistic quality at all-time highs, the Lyric Opera is already prepared for the move to the Kauffman Center in the fall of 2011.
