The Assembly Expands The Deceleration Lab

Infinite Variety Productions and Wildrence To Celebrate International Women's Day With Benefit Performances

Infinite Variety Productions, a theater company dedicated to spotlighting women who have gone unnoticed in history, and Wildrence, an immersive design studio and New York's dynamic storytelling space, will recognize International Women's Day on March 8 with two special performances of the immersive non-fiction production of Nellie and the Women of Blackwell. With ticket sales to benefit the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House Women's Mental Health Shelter, this project is the first of a series of fully immersive, guided theatre experiences that focuses on women's history, health and prominent women's issues. Additionally, this world premiere breaks the barrier between history and present day and provides a space for the lives and words of the Blackwell Asylum's lost women to live on in a purposeful way, while providing support and awareness of those that continue to suffer today.
Stray Projects to Present New Immersive Work BELOVED

With 20 years of combined experience in immersive performance, veterans band together to present the intimate performance of BELOVED by Stray Projects, founded by Caitlin Dutton-Reaver and fellow performers of New York's premiere immersive theater experience Then She Fell by Third Rail Projects. Broken Ghost Immersives Announces The 2019 Summer Season Of Immersive Theater

Broken Ghost Immersives is proud to announce the 2019 summer season of immersive theater for New York City. The season kicks off with The Bunker set to perform July 24, 25, 31 and August 1 at The Wildrence, 59 Canal in NYC. The Bunker is an immersive, live action adventure game for up to 15 participants. It combines elements of escape rooms, immersive theater, board games, role playing and video games. It features live performance, digital engagement and a reactive story crafted entirely by the decisions participants make.

Sinking Ship Creations in association with Acronym Presents and Wildrence will present the World Premiere of The Mortality Machine, an immersive theatrical experience created by Ryan Hart, Tommy Honton, and Lara Marcin, at Wildrence (59 Canal Street between Allen and Orchard, New York, NY 10002), January 10-February 3, 2019. Performances will be Tuesday through Sunday at 7pm (dark Mondays). Tickets ($125) are available for advance purchase at www.themortalitymachine.com or by calling 917-336-9236. The experience will last approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, with no intermission.

World Renowned Magician, Joshua Jay's hit show, Six Impossible Things, the first-ever experiential close-up magic show, will return to NYC this Fall after successfully selling out its summer run.
