The Olivier Award-winning musical 'Matilda,' based on the beloved children’s book by Roald Dahl, is back on its feet and continues to tour Asia and the Middle East next. Its creative team and many of its original cast and crew thought they’d be back on the road in the latter part of 2020, but the pandemic has kept them a little longer.
Review: NATIVITY! THE MUSICAL, Birmingham Rep
Since it was released in 2009, the warm-hearted movie comedy Nativity! has been on many families' essential Christmas viewing lists. This festive season, the stage version of the film returns to Birmingham Rep, where it received its world premiere in 2017. Written, directed and composed by Debbie Isitt, who also wrote and directed the movie, this production is a joy from start to finish. Postponed twice due the pandemic, it was definitely worth the wait.
Casting Announced For SCHOOL OF ROCK National Tour
Jake Sharp is getting the band back together as it is confirmed that he will lead the cast as Dewey Finn having previously performed the role in the West End. Alex Tomkins will perform in the role at certain performances.

The hosts of the next Waitress London Cast Album Karaoke Night taking place on 24 February will be the show's composer and 2020 Grammy® Award winner Sara Bareilles (Love Song, Brave) and Olivier and Tony Award winner Gavin Creel (The Book of Mormon, Hello Dolly!) who are now starring in the roles of Jenna and Dr Pomatter for six weeks only until 7 March.

Joel Montague Will Join The West End Cast Of WAITRESS
Waitress will welcome Joel Montague (Falsettos, School of Rock and Funny Girl) to the company of the hit West End musical as Ogie with his first performance taking place on 2 December. He takes on the role from Joe Sugg who has performed the role of Ogie since 9 September.

Ahead of celebrations for its fifth birthday in the West End this autumn and Roald Dahl's centenary on 13 September, the Royal Shakespeare Company's multi award-winning production of Matilda The Musical has announced that Sara Sheen and Abbie Vena will join Zaris-Angel Hator and Clara Read in the title role from 13 September 2016. Tickets for the new booking period, which includes performances at the Cambridge theatre between 30 May and 15 October 2017, will go on sale on the centenary of Roald Dahl's birth, 13 September.
