Lionsgate's Debmar-Mercury has announced the renewal of Sherri, hosted by actress, comedian and Daytime Emmy Award-winning co-host of The View Sherri Shepherd, for a third season in more than 95 percent of the U.S.

NATPE Miami 2020 Relaunches Iris Awards
Celebrating the rapid expansion of new program content, The National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) today announced that it will bring back the iconic IRIS Awards. The first honorees are Lionsgate's Debmar-Mercury co-presidents Mort Marcus and Ira Bernstein receiving the Career Achievement Award; and Perry Sook, receiving the Lew Klein Leadership Award; and the weekly syndicated political show “Matter of Fact with Soledad O'Brien” receiving the Iris Award of Excellence. All of the honorees will be on hand to accept their awards. The presentation will take place during the annual Station Group Summit at NATPE Miami on January 22.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, 'Schitt's Creek' will enter syndication in fall of 2020 on Fox.

Debmar-Mercury's nationally syndicated The Wendy Williams Show set a household ratings record during the week ended Oct. 19, hitting a 1.8 for the first time ever and topping the previous high of 1.7 achieved during the week ended Feb. 9 this year.

Debmar-Mercury has sold 'Celebrity Name Game,' a nationally syndicated pop culture game show hosted by 'The Late, Late Show's' Craig Ferguson from co-producers FremantleMedia North America and Debmar-Mercury, to Tribune Broadcasting stations covering 40% of the U.S., including seven of the top-10 markets.
