Come and join us in celebration as Carole Alexis Ballet Theatre / Ballet des Amériques return to Teatro LATEA for their 2023-24 season finale. The spirited dancers of the professional company will perform selections of original choreography by Carole Alexis. The rich and eclectic repertoire is sure to delight dance aficionados, casual fans, and those new to dance.
Established in 2011, the professional company of Ballet des Amériques / Carole Alexis Ballet Theatre performs extensively throughout the greater New York City area as well as overseas and is committed to developing inclusive dance audiences through choreography and productions of the highest quality.
Programs of Ballet des Amériques / Carole Alexis Ballet Theatre are made possible in part by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
LATEA (Latin American Theater Experiment Associates), directed by Miguel Trelles, has been an important Latino art and cultural center for over 40 years.
