MAC Award Winner Suzanne Carrico Returns To Metropolitan Room

Suzanne Carrico, the 2008 MAC Award Winner for "Outstanding Debut," will return to the Metropolitan Room with The Friendliest Thing, in January (7th, 23rd & 24th) & February (12th). The show, directed by Mary Cleere Haran, with Musical Direction by Tedd Firth, features special guest Don Rebic on piano & Saddi Zain on bass. The Friendliest Thing, an evening of provocative music from The Great American Songbook of the past & present, is devoted to matters of a most "intimate" nature.

Suzanne attended the Sundance Institute with the Mabel Mercer Foundation, working with Margaret Whiting, Melissa Manchester, Charles Strouse, Michael Rupert, Jimmy Webb, Billy Stritch & Don Rebic, which inspired her to return to her roots in Musical Theatre & the Great American Song in her recent MAC Award winning show THE ART OF THE CAHN, Songs from The Sammy Cahn Songbook.

Peformances run on the following schedule: Wednesday, January 7 at 7:30pm, Friday, January 23 at 7:30pm, Saturday, January 24 at 9:45pm, and Thursday, Februrary 12 at 9:45pm.

The show will be taking place at the Metropolitan Room, which is located at 34 West 22nd Street.

There is a $20 cover/$15 minimum.
